YES! Most of my clients typically choose to do this as it alleviates a little pressure to come up with the whole cost at once.
The only time I generally require additional fees is if there are parking fees, entry fees, or extensive traveling needed.
You can add one for an additional cost. Usually, I'm solo.

No, you do not. I do suggest getting them printed professionally though. Walgreens or Walmart aren’t equipped to print for professional photos.
